For new representations, please describe the nature of the matter, the parties involved, the forum (if known), and any deadlines. The firm will respond to confirm whether a conflict check is warranted and to schedule an initial conversation.

The firm is open to contingent and alternative fee arrangements where appropriate, and considers co-counsel relationships with firms outside Delaware that require Delaware counsel for Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Supreme Court, or District of Delaware matters.
