In addition to its Court of Chancery practice, the firm represents clients in business litigation across the Delaware courts and beyond.
The firm provides representation for clients in business litigation before the Delaware Supreme Court; the United States District Court for the District of Delaware; the Delaware Superior Court; and other jurisdictions regarding matters of Delaware business law.
Engagements range from singular appellate questions of Delaware law to multi-forum commercial disputes with significant economic exposure. The firm takes both plaintiff and defendant representations, and is comfortable with contingent and alternative fee arrangements where appropriate.
